Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)

The inspection and test plan provides quantitative procedures to establish a plan for activities during fabrication, construction, periodic and turnaround inspection per owner specifications, codes/standards, regulation and risk based assessment for pressurized fixed equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems, tanks, boilers, and pressure relief devices in refining, petrochemical, and chemical process plants. The activities may include visual inspection, conventional and advance nondestructive testing, microstructure analysis, etc.
