Pipeline
Pipeline integrity means ensuring a pipeline and all its related components are running properly. Everything is done to ensure pipelines are designed, built and operated to be safe, reliable and sustainable.
During construction, the pipe sections of pipe will be joined together by welds. Welders use techniques to make the points where the pipes connect even stronger than the steel in the pipe. Each and every weld is inspected using NDT such as X-ray or ultrasound, and is 100% certified.
Qualitech provides the NDT services for pipeline as:
- Radiographic Test (RT) using X-Ray Crawler and Directional X-Ray.
- Ultrasonic Test (UT) using Auto-UT
- Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement (UTM)
- Magnetic Particle Test (MT)
- Liquid Penetrant Test (PT)
