1991
• The Company was established on 11 February 1991 with a registered capital of 2 million baht with the office in Bangkok.
• Received a qualification and competence certificate for inspecting LPG cylinders, gas storage and distribution tanks, gas transportation tanks, gas pipeline system and equipment as well as being qualified as a tester and inspector by the Department of Public Works (now the Department of Energy Business, Ministry of Energy).

1994– Established a branch office in Ban Bueng district, Chonburi province, to serve customers in the Eastern region.

1995
– Established a branch office in Mueang district, Rayong province, to serve customers in the Map Ta Ph
-
1999– Tested the natural gas transmission pipeline system in Ratchaburi-Wangnoi natural gas pipeline Project of PTT Public Company Limited.

2000
– Started testing and inspecting the pipeline system and equipment installed in the Gulf of Thailand platforms. This work still continues until now.

2001Increased the registered capital to 10 million baht to support workload and workforce expansion.
• Granted a License for Professional Practice No.0031/44 (Juristic Person) from the Council of Engineers. -
2002
• Increased the registered capital to 20 million baht to expand business and to comply with the regulations required by the Department of Public Works for companies providing testing services for LPG tanks Type 1.

2004Established a branch office in Mueang district, Rayong province, to serve customers in the fast-expanding Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate Rayong Province.

2006
Granted a license from the Department of Land Transport, as a juristic person for testing and inspecting Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) tanks, including integral equipment and installation

2007• Increased the registered capital to 50 million baht to expand Rayong office space to 4 rai. The office was set as the Company’s new headquarters.
• Granted the ISO 17025:2005 Quality Certificate for laboratory testing particularly for non-destructive testing, marking it the first in Thailand to achieve such certification. -
2008
• Increased the registered capital from 50 million baht to 100 million baht.
• Granted the ISO 9001:2000 Internal Quality Management System Certificate on 31 January 2008.

2009• The company’s common stocks were listed on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) on 9 June 2009.
• Granted a license by the Department of Industrial Works as Thailand’s first inspector of fire tube boilers and water tube boilers -
2014
• Certified to extend the Company’s certification services of non-destructive testing in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 on 11 April 2014.

2015• Certified as a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption.
• Received 3 SET Awards 2016 including Best CEO Award, Outstanding CEO Award, and Best Company Performance Award.
• Set up a branch office in Si Racha district, Chonburi province to support the Company’s service expansion and serve clients in Chonburi and its neighboring areas. -
2017
• Certified to Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS 18001) on 10 July 2017 (changed to ISO 45001:2018 on 10 July 2020).
• Certified to extend the Company’s certification services of Mechanical and Metallurgical Testing Laboratory in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 on 12 July 2017.

2019• Accredited as “Green Industry” Level 2 by the Ministry of Industry to be part of the efforts to minimize environmental impacts together with business partners.
• Awarded a renewal of certification of membership of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption on 4 November 2019. -
2020
• Incorporated Duwell Intertrade Co.,Ltd in January 2020 with an initial registered capital of 1,000,000 baht. It was later increased to 20,000,000 baht.
• Received Thailand’s Reputation Awards 2019 from the Faculty of Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University on 28 October 2020.

2021• Incorporated Qualitech Solution Energy Company Limited, a subsidiary, on 9 April 2021 to operate the business of producing and distributing electricity from solar power or other energy sources.

2022
• Restructuring the shareholding of the company’s major shareholders.
• The Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 6/2565 on August 1, 2022, resolved to acquire 14,700 ordinary shares of Property Aim Solutions Co., Ltd. (PAS) with a par value of 100 Baht per share, representing 49 percent of the total shares of PAS, for a total transaction value of 144,550,000 Baht. (Currently, the company no longer holds shares in PAS.) -
2023• Received the Chevron: 2022 Outstanding Contractor Company award from Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd. on January 26, 2023.
• Received a certificate of honor for safe and accident-free work performance during TURNAROUND 2023 from IRPC Public Company Limited.

• Qualitech Public Company Limited achieved the SET ESG Ratings for sustainable stocks in 2024, securing a BBB rating.
• Qualitech Public Company Limited received a certificate of honor and achievement for the ESG DNA project from the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
• Qualitech Myanmar Company Limited, a subsidiary in Myanmar, was registered for dissolution on May 23, 2024. This dissolution does not affect the company’s business operations in any way.
• Qualitech Public Company Limited received the TTM’s achievement of 12 million safe man-hours in the year 2024 award, which is a certification for safety performance.
• Qualitech Public Company Limited received a Certificate of Appreciation In recognition for contribution to the Munin Topside EPChc Project, which certifies the company’s excellent performance in the client’s project.
• Qualitech Public Company Limited received the 2024 Business Partner Recognition Award from Chevron, reflecting excellence in Operational Excellence.

2025• Qualitech Public Company Limited was selected to receive an award at the AP Award 2025 ceremony in the category of Radioactive Materials, Category 2 (Industrial Sector), “Excellent Level”.
• Qualitech Public Company Limited achieved the SET ESG Ratings for sustainable stocks for the year 2025, at level A.
• Qualitech Public Company Limited received a Certificate of Achievement “Silver Award” in recognition of exceptional contributions and outstanding efforts in advancing Contractor Safety Performance 2025, which is a certificate for evaluating contractor safety performance.
• Qualitech Public Company Limited received a Certificate of Achievement in High SSHE Performance Score, which is a certificate for performance during Turnaround GC5.
