This commitment is upheld through the implementation of quality management systems, environmental management systems, occupational health and safety management systems, laboratory testing standards, and inspection unit procedures as integral parts of the company’s operations. The principles guiding our practices are as follows :
Conduct testing and inspection activities in compliance with legal requirements and methodologies specified in international standards, national standards, or client- defined standards to ensure accurate test results.
Maintain a dedicated approach to testing and inspection activities under the accreditation of ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO/IEC 17020 standards, with impartiality free from commercial and internal / external pressures, to deliver reliable outcomes in accordance with international standards and continuously enhance operational efficiency.
Execute management operations with consideration for all stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization.
Implement occupational health and safety management operations by studying and evaluating risks under legal requirements and occupational health and safety regulations to prevent injuries and work-related health conditions, including mitigating impacts on stakeholders.
Manage environmental aspects by studying and assessing risks impacting the environment under relevant laws and regulations, advocating for and promoting energy and environmental conservation awareness, maximizing resource utilization, and preventing various pollutants affecting the environment.
Establish measures to safeguard confidential information and customer rights, including risk identification to ensure neutrality and define protective measures.
Foster and develop professional, quality-driven testing and inspection workforce, promoting professionalism, accuracy, fairness, safety, and fostering good relationships with vendors to enhance procurement efficiency, meet customer needs, exceed expectations, and engage in mutually beneficial business partnerships with satisfied customers.
