Quality Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Policy
Qualitech Public Company Limited prioritizes providing services that are high-quality, accurate, impartial, neutral, and safe, in alignment with the needs and expectations of stakeholders both within and outside the organization, as well as the broader society and environment. This commitment integrates the quality management system, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system, laboratory testing management system, and inspection unit management system into our business operations. These practices are consistently adhered to for sustainable development. The company is dedicated to advancing in accordance with the National Energy Plan, as outlined by the Ministry of Energy’s latest statement on September 21, 2022. Thailand aims to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050 and net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2065. Our intentions are outlined as follows :
Conduct inspections and tests in compliance with legal requirements and international, national, or customer-specified standards to ensure accurate test results.
Commit to performing testing and inspections under the accreditation of TIS 17025 (ISO/IEC 17025) and TIS 17020 (ISO/IEC 17020) standards with neutrality, free from commercial and other pressures both internally and externally, to deliver reliable results in accordance with international standards and continuously improve work efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage operations with consideration for all stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
Implement occupational health and safety management by studying and assessing risks under relevant laws and regulations to prevent injuries and work-related health conditions, and to mitigate impacts on stakeholders.
Manage environmental issues by studying and assessing risks impacting the environment and climate change under relevant laws and regulations. Promote and raise awareness of energy and environmental conservation, climate change, and efficient resource use to prevent pollution, considering all factors and stakeholder groups.
Establish measures to protect confidential information and customer rights, and identify risks to neutrality to implement preventive measures.
Promote and develop personnel to perform inspections and tests professionally, with quality, accuracy, fairness, safety, and to foster good relationships with suppliers for efficient procurement. This ensures customer satisfaction exceeds expectations and establishes a solid partnership foundation.
This policy is effective from May 28, 2024, onwards.
