เราให้ความสำคัญในการสร้างช่องทางการแจ้งข้อร้องเรียนการกระทำผิดกฎหมาย จรรยาบรรณ หรือพฤติกรรมที่อาจส่อถึงการทุจริตหรือประพฤติมิชอบของบุคคลในองค์กร เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าบริษัทฯมีการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี และหากเราได้รับข้อร้องเรียนที่มีความเป็นไปได้เกี่ยวกับการกระทำความผิด จะมีการตั้งคณะกรรมการสอบสวนซึ่งเป็นผู้แทนจากส่วนงานที่ไม่มีส่วนได้เสียในเรื่องดังกล่าวเพื่อพิจารณาสอบสวนและดำเนินการตามระเบียบ We have dedicated to put in place measures for whistleblowing and complaint-filing against wrong doing, violations of the code of conduct, or dubious behavior implying fraud or malfeasance by those within Qualitech, to ensure Good Corporate Governance. If the complaints were receives about possible violations, an investigation panel of representatives of agencies with no interests in such matters will be set up to deliberate and take due actions.
